Nothing all was good

There is no breakfast here, but a few good restaurants are nearby. This hotel worked well for a single overnight stay between flights at the airport. I walked from the airport to the hotel, but you have a cross a busy street at a light and the sidewalks are a little rough in spots. The room was quite large.

The hotel was clean, but older. It looked like it could use a little facelift. The entrance is in an alley which looked a little sketchy at first, but was totally fine.

Excellent location by airport with lots of places to eat nearby! We have stayed here a couple times, once as a day use before a night departure and once for 2 night on arrival to Ho Chi Minh City. Hotel is simple, clean and right price point for a place to stay close to the airport!

The location was very accessible from the airport (within walking distance). For the one night that we needed the space it was good as an overnight stop.

We were charged a 'credit card' service fee when we paid and there wasn't an option for us to visit an atm or exchange cash prior to check in. This was a surprise as we were not told about that.

It is super close to the airport, 15 min walking, the workers and owner are super nice and friendly, they storage our luggage for a couple days without extra charge. You have spas, restaurants, etc. Walking distance too.

The amenities are dated. We were only there for one night. I'm not sure if the hot water heater is on a switch. None of the switches are labeled. But, wanted to take a shower before we left but nothing but cold water. So here i am 23 hours into my flight back to the USA with no shower today. Not a good feeling.

Cleanliness. Bed sheets were not clean. Room was shabby.

Clean enough and great for a short stay while waiting for the next flight.

Water doesn’t become too hot but that is to be expected in Vietnam.

I don’t like the shower inside the bathtub because the bathtub is very high slippery and too dangerous to get in and out. I rather have a room with a regular shower room no bathtub. I was glad to stay only one night in the rooms 801. & 802 smelled smoking.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff.Very close to airport, local food and coffee shops, and also great for city activities. The staff also helped arrange taxi pick-ups.We'll stay here again if flying in/out of Tan Son Nhat International Saigon.

We stayed for only 1 night and it was ok, but the bed mattress was really hard.

Overall the location is good, very close to the airport. Seemed safe. Staff is helpful.

The bed had small insects on it, I had to call in the evening to change the entire bedsheet, it wasn’t pleasing experience.

The only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress but pretty standard foot Vietnam.

Beds rock hard. Many things like fans didn’t work. No shower screen to stop water going everywhere in the bathroom. No floor mats provided.

Very convenient location for airport access, friendly staff and room was quiet and fairly clean.
